Support Coordination

The role of a Support Coordinator is to assist with and strengthen a participant’s ability to implement and coordinate the supports the participant require in their everyday life.

These supports include informal, mainstream and community supports as well as their NDIS funded supports. It is time-limited, and aims to support an NDIS participant to fully participate in the community.

NDIS Pricing

New Chapter uses the latest recommended NDIS prices, including Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP). The Australian Government increased NDIS prices from 1st July 2019 to ensure higher service deliveries especially in these first years of the introduction of the NDIS. These increases are listed under the NDIS price guide as TTP. The TTP represents a 7.5 per cent increase on some NDIS supports and will be reduced yearly by 1.5 per cent for five years until removed.
